Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TeleClinic UK. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

TeleClinic UK is a private telemedicine platform providing online consultations with GMC-registered doctors. Where clinically appropriate, doctors may issue prescriptions for cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) via the DTrust digital prescription system.

TeleClinic UK is not an emergency medical service. In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.

2. Eligibility

To use TeleClinic UK you must:

3. Medical Disclaimer

A consultation with a TeleClinic UK doctor does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of the treating doctor. Doctors may decline to prescribe if they determine it is not clinically appropriate.

Cannabis-based medicinal products are prescribed for specific medical conditions. They are not recreational products. Misuse of a prescription is a criminal offence.

4. Consultations and Appointments

5. Payments and Refunds

All consultations are payable in advance. Payments are processed securely by Adyen B.V. TeleClinic UK does not store payment card details.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Prescription costs are charged separately by your pharmacy and are not refundable through TeleClinic UK.

6. Prescriptions

Digital prescriptions issued via DTrust are valid for 28 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prescriptions are for your personal use only and must not be transferred to another person.

It is your responsibility to present the prescription to a registered UK pharmacy. TeleClinic UK does not supply medications directly.
